Here is a summary of conditions that we do not cover as part of the Health Insurance Policy we offer. You’ll find full details on what is and what isn’t covered in the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Any pre-existing condition will not be covered by the policy.
Cosmetic treatments and therapies.
Costs already settled by another Health Insurer or previous injury claim.
Out-patient drugs and dressings.
Optical or dental expenses.
GP (General Practitioner) charges, such as signing forms, routine treatments or routine tests.
Health spas, day spas and similar therapies.
HIV or AIDS related conditions.
Chronic (long term) conditions, but you may be able to claim for acute (easily treatments that respond quickly to treatment) and episodes or short periods of a chronic condition.
Treatment abroad (outside of the UK).
Pregnancy or fertility-related treatments.
Surgical or medical appliances and equipment, unless they are part of another medical procedure or treatment that is covered by your Health Insurance Policy.
