Here is a summary of conditions that we do not cover as part of the Health Insurance Policy we offer. You’ll find full details on what is and what isn’t covered in the terms and conditions of the agreement.

 

Items not covered

Not Covered by Health Insurance Any pre-existing condition will not be covered by the policy.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Cosmetic treatments and therapies.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Costs already settled by another Health Insurer or previous injury claim.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Out-patient drugs and dressings.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Optical or dental expenses.

Not Covered by Health Insurance GP (General Practitioner) charges, such as signing forms, routine treatments or routine tests.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Health spas, day spas and similar therapies.

Not Covered by Health Insurance HIV or AIDS related conditions.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Chronic (long term) conditions, but you may be able to claim for acute (easily treatments that respond quickly to treatment) and episodes or short periods of a chronic condition.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Treatment abroad (outside of the UK).

Not Covered by Health Insurance Pregnancy or fertility-related treatments.

Not Covered by Health Insurance Surgical or medical appliances and equipment, unless they are part of another medical procedure or treatment that is covered by your Health Insurance Policy.
